HKSC Silicon Carbide Composite Roller for Rapid Cooling Zone
HKSC silicon carbide composite ceramic roller is designed for the rapid-cooling zone of roller kilns. It is made with a silicon carbide composite material system to provide excellent resistance to rapid heating and cooling, low thermal expansion, and stable bending performance under sudden cooling conditions.
This roller is especially suitable for wide kilns and large-format tile production, where ordinary ceramic rollers may bend, crack, or cause unstable tile movement in the rapid-cooling zone.
