Ceramic roller rings are used on ceramic rollers to correct tile movement direction, reduce deviation and improve tile flatness in super-wide and long roller kilns.

HK-G98 is a gear-surface ceramic roller based on HK98 material, designed for cooling zones to improve friction, tile movement stability, and deviation control under strong cooling air. Similar designs can also be customized with HK98 or HK99 grades.

HK-Vector roller is customized ceramic rollers with non-uniform outside diameter, designed to help correct tile movement, speed difference and running direction in specific kiln sections.

HK95 is a standard ceramic roller designed for tile production lines where a reliable and cost-effective roller is required. It is suitable for general kiln sections and moderate-temperature applications, including certain red-body and white-body tile production conditions, but it is not recommended for high-temperature firing zones.

HK98 is Hengke’s most widely used high-temperature ceramic roller grade, offering excellent thermal shock resistance and stable performance for common roller kiln applications.

HK99 Premium is an upgraded ultra-high-strength ceramic roller based on HK99, offering higher bending strength for more demanding kiln loads and firing conditions.

HK99 is an ultra-high-temperature ceramic roller grade designed for demanding firing zone applications where higher temperature resistance and stable bending strength are required.

HKSC silicon carbide composite ceramic roller is designed for the rapid-cooling zone of roller kilns. It is made with a silicon carbide composite material system to provide excellent resistance to rapid heating and cooling, low thermal expansion, and stable bending performance under sudden cooling conditions. This roller is especially suitable for wide kilns and large-format tile production, where ordinary ceramic rollers may bend, crack, or cause unstable tile movement in the rapid-cooling zone.
