These terms are provided in English for the convenience of overseas industrial customers. In the event of any discrepancy arising from translation, the English version shall prevail for international commercial purposes.

Hengke Ceramic reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. The most current version will be published on the official website. Continued engagement with Hengke Ceramic following any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
1.4 Eligibility
These terms are intended for business-to-business (B2B) commercial relationships. Customers are expected to be legally registered entities, industrial operators, engineering companies, importers, distributors, or authorized procurement representatives acting on behalf of an organization.
Product Information Disclaimer
2.1 Accuracy of Product Descriptions
All product names, grades, material compositions, and application descriptions published on the Hengke Ceramic website, catalogs, brochures, and promotional materials are provided for general reference purposes. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure accuracy, product information is subject to change without notice due to ongoing material research, production improvements, or customer-specific customization requirements.
2.2 Product Range and Availability
The product range described on this website, including but not limited to ceramic rollers (HK70, HK80, HK90, HK96, HKSC, HKG, Vector Roller), alumina grinding balls (A70, A75, A92, A92R, A92S, A95), alumina linings (ALB70, ALB75, ALB92, ALT92, AMT92), and SiSiC products, represents the standard portfolio available at the time of publication. Specific items may be subject to minimum order quantities, production lead times, or availability constraints. Please contact our sales team to confirm current availability before placing an order.
2.3 Application Suitability
Product application descriptions are based on common industrial use cases and typical working conditions. Hengke Ceramic does not warrant that any specific product will be suitable for every individual application without prior technical assessment. Customers are responsible for verifying product suitability for their specific kiln systems, grinding equipment, working temperatures, load conditions, and production environments. We strongly recommend consulting our technical team before making final product selections.
2.4 Images and Visual Representations
Product images, photographs, and visual representations displayed on our website and in printed materials are for illustrative purposes only. Actual product appearance, color, surface finish, and dimensional proportions may vary from those shown.
2.5 Custom and Non-Standard Products
For custom-shaped ceramic rollers, special dimensions, non-standard alumina content, or other customer-specified products, all technical requirements must be confirmed in writing prior to production. Hengke Ceramic will not accept responsibility for products manufactured based on incomplete, inaccurate, or unconfirmed customer specifications.
Technical Parameters Reference Notice
All technical data, performance values, and material specifications published by Hengke Ceramic are provided as reference information only and should not be used as the sole basis for engineering design, safety-critical decisions, or procurement without independent verification.
3.1 Nature of Technical Data
Technical parameters including alumina content percentages, bulk density, Vickers hardness, wear loss values, working temperature ranges, bending strength, thermal shock resistance cycles, and other material performance indicators are derived from standard laboratory testing conditions. Actual performance in field applications may differ due to variations in operating environment, installation method, kiln atmosphere, load distribution, and maintenance practices.
3.2 Dimensional Tolerances
Standard dimensional specifications for ceramic rollers, grinding balls, lining bricks, and SiSiC components are subject to manufacturing tolerances as defined in the applicable product drawings or technical datasheets. Customers requiring tighter tolerances or special dimensional requirements must communicate these in writing before order confirmation. Hengke Ceramic will advise on achievable tolerances based on production capability.
3.3 Comparison and Selection Guidance
Product grade comparisons, model selection recommendations, and application matching guidance provided by Hengke Ceramic's technical and sales team are based on the information available at the time of consultation. These recommendations are intended to assist customers in making informed decisions and do not constitute a warranty of performance outcomes. Final product selection remains the responsibility of the customer.
3.4 Third-Party Standards
Where Hengke Ceramic references international or national material standards, testing methods, or industry classifications, such references are provided for informational purposes. Compliance with specific standards for a given project or regulatory requirement must be independently verified by the customer.
3.5 Data Updates
Technical data may be updated periodically to reflect improvements in raw materials, production processes, or testing methodology. Customers are advised to request the most current technical datasheet at the time of inquiry or order placement. Historical data sheets should not be assumed to reflect current product specifications.
Orders & Supply
4.1 Order Confirmation
All orders are subject to written confirmation by Hengke Ceramic. An order is considered accepted only upon issuance of a formal order confirmation or proforma invoice signed or acknowledged by an authorized representative of Hengke Ceramic. Verbal agreements, email inquiries, or preliminary quotations do not constitute a binding order commitment.
4.2 Pricing and Quotations
All prices quoted are valid for the period stated in the quotation document. Prices are subject to change based on raw material costs, energy costs, production conditions, and market factors. Hengke Ceramic reserves the right to revise pricing prior to formal order confirmation if significant cost changes occur.
4.3 Lead Times and Delivery
Estimated production lead times and shipping schedules are provided in good faith based on current production capacity and logistics conditions. Hengke Ceramic is not liable for delays caused by force majeure events, raw material shortages, logistics disruptions, customs clearance issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
4.4 Quality Inspection
Hengke Ceramic conducts internal quality inspection prior to shipment in accordance with agreed specifications. Customers may request third-party inspection arrangements, which must be agreed upon and coordinated prior to production completion. Any quality claims must be submitted in writing within the timeframe specified in the applicable sales contract.
4.5 Minimum Order Quantities
Certain products, particularly custom-shaped or non-standard items, may be subject to minimum order quantity requirements. These will be communicated clearly during the quotation stage. Hengke Ceramic may decline orders that do not meet minimum production requirements for specialized products.
Intellectual Property
5.1 Ownership
All content published on the Hengke Ceramic website and in official materials, including product names, grade designations, technical documentation, images, data tables, and written content, is the intellectual property of Zibo Hengke Ceramic Technology Co., Ltd. or its licensed content providers. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
5.2 Customer Drawings and Confidentiality
Technical drawings, specifications, and proprietary information submitted by customers for custom product development are treated as confidential. Hengke Ceramic will not disclose customer-specific technical information to third parties without written consent. Customers retain ownership of drawings and specifications they provide.
5.3 Permitted Use
Customers and business partners may reference Hengke Ceramic product names and publicly available technical data for legitimate procurement, engineering, or business evaluation purposes. Any other use of Hengke Ceramic's intellectual property requires prior written authorization.
Limitation of Liability
6.1 Scope of Liability
Hengke Ceramic's liability for any claim arising from product supply, technical advice, or commercial interaction is limited to the value of the specific goods or services directly involved in the claim. Hengke Ceramic shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages, including but not limited to production losses, kiln downtime, equipment damage, or loss of business opportunity.
6.2 Installation and Operation
Hengke Ceramic is not responsible for product failures, damage, or safety incidents resulting from improper installation, misuse, operation outside specified parameters, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow recommended handling and installation guidelines. Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are installed and operated by qualified personnel in accordance with applicable safety standards.
6.3 Website and Information Disclaimer
The Hengke Ceramic website is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that the website will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. Information on the website is provided for general commercial reference and does not constitute professional engineering advice.
6.4 Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from commercial transactions shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court or arbitration body with jurisdiction over Zibo, Shandong, China, unless otherwise agreed in a separate written contract.
